Apply for a bed

Eligibility: Kids, school-aged and below. See the homepage on our website for information about our current delivery range. 

Step 1: Fill out this Google Form.

Step 2: Request a note from your school counselor, guidance counselor, social worker, or similar individual. This note should be emailed to leemcneil@hopespringsathens.com and should state at least the following:

• parent's name(s)

• child's name

• that they are referring the child for a bed from our program
